Hips and Shoulders week at the studio
We tend to store alot of emotions and tension in our hips and shoulders by using our breath and gentle movment we learn to release unwanted tension from within the body.
Seperating thoughts from feelings learning to embrace how we feel, when feelings arise embrace, relax and gently release.
it is much more beneficial for your health if you feel your way through life than think your way through✨🌀💜🙏🏻
Moving beyond our limits this week at the studio, the real you goes beyond the thinking mind and is unlimited. As we quiten our minds and tune into the freedom within, the freedom we all felt as children where all is well, nothing is lacking and we are full all by ourselves. Dissolving the power of any limit, keeping on the path of spiritual freedom. ✨🌀💜🙏🏼

Looking forward to this weeks classes beginning with a gentle Restorative practice to gently release and relax the body back to perfect alignment, followed by Sound meditation which uses vibration of sound to bring harmony back fo the body. Its melts away stress with ease and also has many other benefits which include increase in energy flow, creativity and intuition, removes blockages and toxins, stimulates circulation, soothes and harmonises your emotions and feelings, Improves sleep and helps bring about positive changes to our whole being ✨🙏🏼🌀❤️
The word Yoga means union, it’s how we describe our natural state, united and connected with ourself. We are born united from our very first breath. As we grow and develop we naturally form our perfect posture and alignment that is unique to each of us as no two bodies are the same. But we also unlearn this union as we grow and at a certain age can lose our good posture and also our natural breathing rhythm. We can also as a result store tension and stress within our body and mind.
Yoga is not one thing, it is your own personal journey. When you are conected with your own unique nature that is yoga. It is breathing naturally, and gently just like we did as children without any force or stress. It is being fully present in ourselves and with others.
Practicing yoga is also about moving our bodies in a relaxed unified way, our own natural way. Helping us build strength and release any build up of tension or stress with ease. Yoga is natural movement medicine for our bodies, minds and spirits. Yoga is not just an eastern practice, it is universal.
Delighted to announce I will be hosting my first Autumn Yoga Retreat Saturday October 14th 11am-4pm at Inner World Yoga & Meditation studio.
A blissful Day filled with self-care connecting with yourself and relaxing into your own strength, slowing down and taking some time to journey inward. Soothing your body, mind and soul.
Day will include a gentle restorative practice also guided meditation and the soothing sounds of sound meditation to finish our day.
